We are currently hiring Food Production Associates on behalf of a premier manufacturing client in Sevierville, TN. In this role, you will assist in the production, packaging, and distribution of high-quality food goods in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience? No problem! While manufacturing experience is a plus, entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate food processing equipment (e.g., shrink wrappers, flow wrappers).
• Assist with mixing dry ingredients to initialize food production.
• Remove and package food products from ovens, freezers, and processing lines.
• Assemble packaging boxes and bundle finished goods for shipment.
• Palletize completed boxes and prepare loads for freight transport.
• Occasional assistance with loading and unloading freight shipments.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Physical Capability: Ability to stand for 8–12 hours and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Hygiene & Safety: Must practice strict personal hygiene and adhere to food safety standards.
• Work Style: Able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment while working independently as needed.
• Logistics: Reliable transportation to and from the facility in Sevierville, TN.
• Experience: Prior food manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
