AccuForce is hiring for a 3rd shift Heat Treat Operator for one of our clients in Murphy, NC.

Pay starts at $21 with differentials after training

Training will be 1st shift and then job will be on 3rd shift

Purpose: Tends baking oven that hardens and strengthens materials for use in manufacturing steel components by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensure a safe work environment for self and others. Follows all safety rules and regulations. Demonstrate commitment to safety program.
• Loads material on trays per load diagrams, or carts that pushes them into oven.
• Follow and maintain correct recipe for the heat treatment of various parts.
• Closes oven door and allows material to bake for specified time.
• Opens oven door and removes material.
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Prior Heat Treat Operation and / or Machining experience is highly desired!

• Ability to write simple correspondence.
